- Bylaws: The Citrus Levy Marion Regional Workforce Development Board, Inc., is a Florida not-for-profit corporation. The bylaws were approved in December 2023.
- Strategic Plan: In July 2014, Congress passed the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) to replace the Workforce Investment Act of 1998, with WIOA taking effect on July 1, 2015. It gives local workforce development boards the chance to reassess their practices in response to changing workforce and economic conditions and to advance a demand-driven talent development system that leverages resources and partnerships to build an inclusive talent pool.
- Services Plan: Focused strategies help build a talent pipeline of work-ready candidates who are prepared and motivated to meet business needs as they arise.
- Administrative Plan: The Administrative Plan outlines the policies, procedures and responsibilities that CareerSource Citrus Levy Marion follows to meet program and activity requirements. It provides clear guidelines for procurement, monitoring, oversight, cost reasonableness and financial management.
- Performance and Monitoring: CareerSource Citrus Levy Marion’s performance and monitoring process ensures all workforce programs operate efficiently, comply with regulations and deliver high-quality services to job seekers and businesses.
