Our Career Success plans are customized to your specific needs and interests, helping accelerate your return to work or career advancement. Your Career Success plan ensures you have the tools and coaching needed to succeed.

TRAINING

Gain access to a variety of free Specialty Training Programs that can enhance your skills to prepare you for a competitive and high-paying profession. Job seekers may also qualify for education and training tuition assistance in targeted, high-demand occupations.

VETERANS SERVICES

To honor those who have served our country, CareerSource CLM provides year-round Priority of Service to veterans and their eligible spouses. Through our Veterans Program, dedicated staff offer personalized support and access to resources needed to overcome significant barriers to employment. We are committed to helping Florida’s veterans and their eligible spouses translate their skills into a rewarding career.

YOUNG ADULT SERVICES

CareerSource CLM offers specialized workforce services for young adults aged 16-24 who are not currently enrolled in school. Our no-cost services include personal career counseling, work readiness training, credentialing and paid work experience to help young adults gain the skills needed to start their careers. Services are available at any of our three career centers.

JOB SEEKERS WITH DISABILITIES

Every individual deserves the opportunity to build a meaningful career. CareerSource Citrus Levy Marion supports job seekers with disabilities through the Ticket to Work program, designed to match your abilities and interests with the needs of a local business. Participants can access training, job referrals and other employment-support services free of charge.
